Beautiful apartment Sofia is situated in Bibinje, and it's an amazing and comfortable holiday apartment near the beach - on the outskirts of the historic city of Zadar: The family-friendly 3 bedroom apartment with a balcony and seaview is 120 m2 large and perfect for 6+1 guests. This 1 guest is with additional payment per day!

The holiday apartment is on the first floor overlooking the children's playground and the sea.

The tiled apartment with shower room and guest toilet consists of a total of 3 bedrooms with parquet floors that can be darkened. One bedroom is equipped with one double bed and one single bed, second bedroom is equipped with one double bed and third bedroom with two single beds. There is a modern living room area with a foldable sofa and exit to the balcony with a view of the new and big children's playground and the sea.

In addition, the apartment has a fully equipped, separate kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge / freezer, filter coffee machine, kettle, ironing board with iron, microwave, oven...

Also the apartment features one spacious bathroom with a bathtub and shower equipped with washing machine, and one guest toilette.

The WiFi, Grill, storage space for bicycles and private spacious parking in front of the house is available to you free of charge.

Pets are allowed only with previous requests and possible additional payment per day! This is a non-smoking apartment!

Only 20m from the apartment you can find a small supermarket for buying your groceries, and 200m from the apartment you will find a nice pebble beach. Great location, peaceful area and it's ideal for big families.

CHECK IN time is from 4 PM.
CHECK OUT time is until 10 AM.

- For visits lasting longer than 7 days, we change the bedroom sheets and towels every 7 days.
- Pets are allowed only with previous requests and possible additional payment!
- Baby travel cot can be provided only with previous request, free of charge.
- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00, please be respectful of this!
- No parties, loud music or friends coming over from other apartments in the area.

A konyhai felszereltséget leszámítva minden tökéletes volt. A szállást tisztán és rendezetten vehettük át. A szállásadó kedves és segítőkész volt. 6 felnőtt és egy kis termetű kutya számára is kényelmes volt, és mindenkinek meg volt a saját tere. A kilátás gyönyörű volt, és az út közelsége egyáltalán nem volt zavaró sem éjszaka sem napközben.
