Opis

This brand new and modern family Villa is located in a secluded, peaceful part of the Municipality of Cista provo, not far from the town of Imotski, beautiful beaches of the entire Makarska Riviera and the city of Split. It's surrounded by lush Croatian greenery and an impressive mountain range.  It is easily accessible by road, but the villa offers full privacy with a quiet countryside setting.

The Villa consists of two spacious floors which have one fully equipped  kitchen with modern and new appliances connected with a dining area, a living room with large sofas, 4 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with two single beds. All bedrooms provide all amenities for cozy stay.There are 3 spacious bathrooms with showers and one guest toilet. On the first floor, in addition to all the above, there is also a large area that functions as a living room / entertainment area. Cozy sofas can be converted into sofa beds for two more guests. There is a huge open terrace with a view of the surroundings, and guests can use it like a perfect spot for a glass of wine at sunset.  There is a large billiard table where you can test your skill in this interesting game and spend time with your friends and family. Villa provides WiFi, 2 large smart TVs, two powerful A/C (one at each floor) and enough space for parking up to 10 cars. The living room and kitchen on the ground floor lead out onto the large outdoor terrace with garden furniture. From a terrace there is a short walk to the private and large swimming pool, where you can refresh during hot summer days. Pool area offers sun loungers where you can relax under the shade of the sun umbrellas. There is also an outdoor dining space if you decide to dine alfresco. Guests are free to use the outdoor BBQ area, located near to the outdoor dining area and swimming pool. Children's outdoor playground provides trampoline, slide and swing so the youngest ones can enjoy their vacations too.

During your stay you can;

- Make a reservation for Traditional Dalmatian dinner with additional payment.
- With the previous request Villa can accommodate 2 guests more at sofa beds with additional payment per guest per day.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES:
CHECK IN time is from 4 PM.
CHECK OUT time is until 10 AM.

  • Security damage deposit is 400,00 EUR in cash upon your check in.
  • Young groups are accepted with previous requests and the damage deposit is 50,00 € per guest upon arrival.
  • For visits lasting longer than 7 days, we change the bedroom sheets and bathroom towels every 7 days.
  • Pets are not allowed!
  • Baby bed can be provided only with a previous request.
  • Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00, please be respectful of this!
  • No parties and loud music during your stay!

Das Haus sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Der Kühlschrank auf dem unteren Balkon ist genial, auch wenn man nass ist kann man sich was kaltes zu trinken holen. Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsen und 8 Kindern im Urlaub und das Haus hat perfekt zu uns gepasst. Die Ausstattung ist viel besser als erwartet. Es gab Bettwäsche und Handtücher, Geschirrtücher, Lappen, Spülmittel und Seife in allem Bädern. 4 Badezimmer mit 3 Duschen, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Küche hat eine Spülmaschine und ausreichend Töpfe und sogar ein tolles Messerset. Hier könnte ich noch so einiges aufzählen... Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern war sehr freundlich und die Antworten kamen schnell. Auch während dem Aufenthalt wurden unsere Fragen beantwortet und Poolreinigung und Garten bewässern mit uns abgesprochen. Der Pool ist schön groß und hat ca. 1,50m Wassertiefe. Es ist kaum Chlor im Wasser, super angenehm. Er ist nicht beheizt, aber bei 35 Grad im Sommer war es eine tolle Abkühlung. Kleine Geschäfte, Cafés und Pizzeria sind ganz in der Nähe, ein größerer Supermarkt ist 10 Minuten entfernt.

Piękny dom, urokliwy basen, przestronnie i komfortowo. Byliśmy we 3 rodziny (6 dorosłych i 6 dzieci) i było bardzo komfortowo. Wszystko bardzo dobrze przemyślane pod wynajmujących. Było mega i na pewno wrócimy za rok. Właścicielowie bardzo mili o pomocni. Polecam
